    Friends of the School
This valuable part of our school has, in the past, raised a great deal of money for the school. Unfortunately it has been inactive for a while now. We need a new, fresh team willing to take this forward and support our school. There will be a meeting at school on Tuesday 19th January at 3.45pm for anyone interested in becoming involved.

    Kili 2010
As you may already know, Jane Lewis Ogden will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in June in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital. There is a Pumpkin Spice Curry Night on Thursday 21st January in Melbourne Village Hall. The event starts at 8pm and you can see curries cooked from scratch by a keen chef and curry lover! Tickets are £5 (including a glass of wine) and are available from Jane (01759 319009) or Jacqueline Condon (01759 318685)

    Harvest Festival
The service will take place at 9.45am on Monday 5th October in the Church. 		   
         
    Staffing    
    Miss Emma Hopps will join us on the 19th October to become our new Nursery Nurse.    
         
    Non –Uniform Day
Please note that due to popular demand from the children, Friday 6th November will be a non-uniform day.
Your child(ren) will need to bring £1 to school on Friday if they would like to join in. All proceeds will be used to boost our school funds.

Carol Service - Friday 11th December in the church 13.30 (Back to school for coffee/mince pies)
